AI employees for ecommerce operations

Hire a crew that learns
your store first.

Give them a job and a shift. For the first few days they watch how you work and how you decide, proposing every change and changing nothing. Once they know your pattern, they ask to take it over. You say when.

  • Learn first, act later
  • Never full auto without your yes
  • Pause anyone in one tap
  • Inventory Guardian
  • Order Management
  • Abandoned Checkout Recovery
  • Support Triage
  • Fraud & Risk Watch
  • Catalogue Hygiene

Three steps

Hiring takes a minute. They earn the rest.

  1. 01

    Pick the job

A growing catalogue, ranked for your store from what we find in it. Stock, orders, carts, support, SEO, fraud, pricing.

  2. 02

    Set the rules

Name them, pick a shift, accept the recommended settings or nudge one. A spending cap they cannot pass.

  3. 03

    Meet them

See who turns up and what they will always ask you first. Then start the trial: a few days of watching how you decide.

Opening soon. Be the first crew on the floor.

An email on launch day with pricing, and the occasional update worth reading.

The jobs

Meet the crew.

Pick a job to see what that worker reads on their own and what they will always ask you about first.

Inventory Guardian

Watches stock levels and tells you what to reorder before it sells out, not after.

Reads on their own

  • Inventory
  • Sales velocity
  • Suppliers

Asks you first

  • Reorder emails
  • Stock adjustments

Studies first: for the first days they propose every change and watch how you decide. When they are sure, they ask before going full auto.

What no worker can ever do without asking you

  • Cancel an order
  • Change a price
  • Delete a product or customer
  • Refund without your yes
  • Email your whole customer list
  • Publish anything to your storefront

This list is fixed. No setting anywhere, yours, ours, or an agency's, lets a worker skip it.

Before you ask

Questions merchants ask first.

Short answers, the way the product actually behaves. Anything else, ask us on the waitlist form and we will write back.

What is Storeworkers?
A platform of prebuilt AI agents that run repetitive ecommerce operations: order exceptions, catalog management, inventory replenishment and customer support triage. Each agent works like a trained employee. It monitors your store around the clock, drafts actions, and waits for your approval before anything irreversible happens.
Which ecommerce platforms are supported?
We launch with Shopify. WooCommerce and BigCommerce are on the near-term roadmap. Agents are built on a platform-neutral data model, so the same agent works across platforms and moves with you if you ever replatform.
What does a worker actually do to my store?
Reads it. Orders, products, inventory and customers, through the Shopify permissions you grant when you connect. A worker proposes changes and studies how you respond; nothing on your store changes until you approve it, and nothing runs on its own until you have said it may.
What is shadow mode?
The first few days of every hire. The worker does the whole job but changes nothing: it proposes each change, watches what you approve and what you turn down, and learns how you decide. It does not take a decision for you until it is sure of your pattern, and even then it asks before switching a kind of task to full auto. You say yes, or not.
Is there anything a worker can never do on its own?
Yes, and the list is fixed: cancel an order, change a price, delete a product or customer, refund without your yes, email your whole customer list, or publish to your storefront. No setting, yours or ours, turns that off.
How do I know what it will cost?
Every worker has a daily cap in tokens that they cannot spend past. They stop and tell you when they get close. Your crew home shows what each one has cost this month, from the same ledger we bill from.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes. Add an Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter key under Settings and this store runs on it instead of ours. Keys are encrypted at rest and only ever reach your own worker container.
How do they reach me when something needs a yes?
You choose at hire time: Telegram or email straight away, or the dashboard only. Everything else waits in the work log for your morning.
What if I want to stop them?
Give any worker a break with one tap and nothing runs or is spent until you wake them. Let them go and their work log and figures stay on record until you delete them yourself.
How is this different from Shopify Sidekick?
Sidekick is a free assistant that answers questions while you are inside the Shopify admin. Storeworkers agents work when you are not there: they reach you on Telegram or email, act across your store on a schedule or when something happens, remember your business over time, and carry out multi-step operations with approvals and an audit trail. Sidekick assists; Storeworkers operates.
Can agencies use it for their clients?
Yes. Agencies run every client store from one console, with per-client approval policies, white-label reports and an audit trail their clients can trust. Many of our earliest users are agencies replacing manual retainer work with agents.
Do you ever see my store data?
Each store gets its own container, and Shopify tokens are held in memory there, never in logs or on disk. Our team can only look inside with your knowledge: every admin action needs a reason, is recorded, and is shown to you.

Put your first agent to work.

We're onboarding a small group of merchants and agencies each week. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out with a setup call; most stores have their first agent running within a day. Pricing is shared on that call and revealed publicly at launch.
